Book online through Klara, NexDerm’s secure patient platform, or call or text the office at (732) 838-3376. Intake forms arrive digitally through Klara before your appointment, so your visit time is spent on care.

During your consultation
There is time to explain your history and goals. Examination, discussion, and recommendations happen with you, not at you, and medical and aesthetic concerns can be addressed in the same visit.

After your appointment
You leave with clear instructions and a plan. Prescriptions, results, and follow-up scheduling are handled directly, and your follow-up is always with Lauren.
A calm place to be a patient
The office at 623 River Rd, Suite 1E, in Fair Haven is designed to feel more like a considered home than a clinic: quiet, warm, and private. Off-street parking is available.
Communication
General questions go through the front desk by phone, text, or email. Appointment scheduling and anything medical (symptoms, photos, medication questions) belongs in Klara, the secure patient platform, not the public website form.
